Winter Warmers - Inside & Out

As the evenings draw close and that festive feeling begins to creep in, we couldn’t resist sharing our favourite drink to toast with friends; An Old Fashioned.
The perfect tipple after an afternoon ramble in the frosty wilds or shared with friends for a festive get together.

An Old Fashioned

What you will need:

  • Whisky
  • Bitters
  • Sugar Syrup (we like to use a dash of the maraschino cherries syrup)

To Garnish:

  • Maraschino cherries
  • Orange Slices
  • Ice

Method

  1. Pour two teaspoons of your syrup, one teaspoon of water and 2 dashes of Bitters into your whisky glass.
  2. Add a handful of Ice to your glass and a shot of whisky.
  3. Add your slice of orange and top with a maraschino cherry. Enjoy!
