1 Cup of hot water, or more as desired
2 Teaspoons of apple cider vinegar (we love Bragg's)
1 Teaspoon of raw honey (Manuka if available - MGO is our go-to)
1 Wheel of an unwaxed, organic lemon (remember to wash any nasties off of the outside of the lemon first!)
Ground cinnamon to taste (optional)
